The Five steps of Recruitment

At Mavimm Healthcare Recruitment Service Limited, we share a passion for excellence in our work and the professionals we bring on board. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we select only the most qualified candidates through a comprehensive five-step procedure.

Step 1: Online Application

To begin your journey with us, please fill out the online application form available on our website. Alternatively, you can download the application form from the “Downloads” section at the top of the page. Once submitted, a Recruitment Manager will reach out to you to initiate the following steps:

  • Conduct initial pre-interview questions and vetting.
  • Provide you with the application form to complete before your interview.
  • Schedule a face-to-face interview.

Step 2: Interview with Our Team

You will meet with a member of our dedicated recruitment team for an in-person interview. During this meeting:

  • We will verify your original Right to Work documents.
  • We will review and scan your eligibility documents, including proof of National Insurance and proof of address (please refer to the Right to Work Checklist in the Downloads section).

DBS Application:

  • If you do not have a DBS certificate, you will need to obtain one.
  • Alternatively, if you have a third-party DBS registered with the update service, it will be certified.
  • We will also scan your original qualification certificates and training documents.
  • Your completed application form will be reviewed to confirm your employment history and experience.

Step 3: Compliance Team Introduction

After your interview, our Compliance Team will:

  • Review all documents collected during the interview and add them to your agency profile.
  • Reach out to welcome you and discuss any outstanding compliance requirements.
  • Send out reference requests for completion and verification.
  • Verify your qualifications and training certificates according to client requirements, arranging any necessary training for outdated or missing certifications.
  • Request any additional compliance documentation as specified by our clients.

Step 4: Ready to Start Working

Once your profile is fully compliant, it will be marked as ready for work. Our professional bookings team will then contact you to discuss your availability for assignments.

Step 5: Annual Compliance Reviews

To ensure you remain compliant and eligible for work, we conduct annual compliance checks. This process helps maintain your working status and ensures that all documentation is up to date.
